I Am

“I am the sea” she thought, as she began weaving the connection between the water of her, and the water of the ocean.

“I am the sea” she whispered, as the waves washed away the residual doubt.

“I am the sea” she sang, because she knew the songs the birds sing.

“I am the sea” she knew, because she could feel the pulse from the bottom of the ocean.

“I am the sea, and the sea is me” she declared, wind dancing through her hair, and mind clear as the waters once were.

“I am the sea, and the sea is me…”

I am the sea, and the sea is me.

The ocean is where I find my harmony.
